RMSF annotated PDB files and Web-fronted RMSF-net installation file.

This is additional data of the manuscript "Accurate Prediction of Protein Structural Flexibility by Deep Learning Integrating Intricate Atomic Structures and Cryo-EM Density Information". "PDB_RMSF.rar" is the folder containing the RMSF annotation files from the MD simulations. RMSFs are annotated into the "bfactor" column of the PDB files in this folder. "RMSF-net.exe" is the installation file of the web-fronted RMSF-net.
