The number before the parentheses indicates the number of isolates, the number within the parentheses indicates the percentage of the 16S rRNA gene similarities to the closest known species. Isolates with less than 97.5% 16S rRNA gene similarities to known species are most likely novel species and the name of their closest relative species is marked in bold. The isolates were identified by comparing their 16S rRNA gene sequences to that of the GenBank database (EZtaxon software version 2.0.http://147.47.212.35∶8080).
