Regulation of pupil size in natural vision across the human lifespan – Supporting materials: Pre-processed data and laboratory log

The merged_data_incl.csv & merged_data_incl.rda files contain the pre-processed data (cleaned, corrected, quality checked and categorized) from the n=83 included participants in csv and rda (R data) format, respectively. Note that in rda format the data classes are retained when loading the data into R, whereas in csv format they are not. The datasets comprise the data collected during the experiments and the data from the redcap survey, including demographic information and health status from the screening. This data correspond to the merged_data_incl dataframe, generated in the 30_datamerge.R code (see folder 03_datamerge) and uploaded in the GitHub code repository. The Code repository was published together with this FigShare repository and research article in the Royal Society Open Science journal.
