以岸段为载体在基础地图上静态展示全部岸段的空间位置和四色警戒潮位值。当警戒潮位达到某一预警级别时，对系统生成的警戒级别进行人工检查，对警戒潮位标志物进行操作，控制警戒潮位标志物发出的预警声音、警戒颜色，调整警戒潮位标志物的文字提醒内容。

With coastal segments as the basic display unit, the spatial locations of all coastal segments and their four-color warning tide level values are statically displayed on the base map. When the warning tide level reaches a specific warning grade, manual inspection shall be conducted on the warning levels generated by the system, and operations shall be performed on the warning tide level markers to control the warning sounds and colors emitted by the markers, as well as adjust the text reminder content of the markers.
