RNA-seq of murine lung mesenchymal stromal cells (LMSCs) during tumor progress

Purpose: The goals of this study are to explore the function of lung MSCs during tumor development. Methods: mRNA profiles of lung MSCs (murine) were generated by deep sequencing. Overall design: RNA-seq of 3 different stge MSCs during tumor progress: adenoma (A-LMSC), pre-metastatic (PM-LMSC) and metastatic stage (M-LMSC).n=1
