Transcriptomic analysis of BNC2 regulated genes in LX2 cells

Human myofibroblastic LX2 cells were transfected using a siRNA directed against BNC2 (siBNC2) or a control siRNA (siCTRL) and RNA were processed for microarray analyses. Transfection of siRNA (used at 20 nM) into LX2 cells was performed using JetPrime (Polyplus transfection). siBNC2 (Thermo Fisher Scientific, Cat# 4392420 s29452) and Silencer select negative control (Thermo Fisher Scientific Cat# 4390844) were used. 48h after transfection, RNA was purified and processed for analysis using Affymetrix GeneChip arrays (HTA 2.0) according to standard procedures.
