**Cultural expenditure 2019 and 2020 of departments**: cultural operating and investment expenditure, in euro and euro per capita (including Mayotte). NB: operating expenses are intended for the day-to-day operation of the community, its services and the cultural activities it finances; capital expenditures include operations that change the consistency or value of the community’s heritage (constructions, major developments, infrastructure works, purchases of “sustainable” assets, etc.).
