Supplementary Simulation Code and Anonymized Topology Data for Port Resilience Analysis

Dataset Description:
This repository contains the source code and necessary datasets to reproduce the simulation results presented in the manuscript regarding port system recovery dynamics.

Contents:

Code (/src): Python implementations of the differential equations for resource mobilization and the heuristic allocation algorithm.
Data (/data):
topology_matrix.csv: Anonymized adjacency matrix representing the port operational network.
parameters.json: Configuration files for simulation scenarios (including weight settings derived from expert elicitation).
Scripts: main.py is provided to execute the comparative analysis between Closed-loop and Open-loop control strategies.
Environment:
Code is compatible with Python 3.8+. See requirements.txt for dependencies.
