The data in this file relate to the determination of the convective heat transfer coefficient using a thermal manikin representing a three-month-old infant. Based on this new coefficient, the error resulting from the use of the coefficient determined by Fanger for heat exchange (R, C, and E) is demonstrated.本文件所载数据与采用模拟3月龄婴儿的热人体模型（thermal manikin）测定对流换热系数的工作相关。基于此新测定的换热系数，本文验证了使用芬格（Fanger）提出的用于热交换（R、C及E）的换热系数所产生的误差。
