Northern Irish soil was potted in replicates of three and received different fertiliser treatments which included; Triple super phosphate, Crystal Green and struvite produced from animal waster. An unfertilized control was also included. Time 0 and Time end (3 month growth period) soil underwent DNA extraction and shotgun metagenomic sequencing.
