miRNA sequencing of human Dental Pulp stem cell-derived extracellular vesicles

This study explored the changes in the miRNA profiles of extracellular vesicles from naive and LPS preconditioned DPSC. DPSC were preconditioned with or without LPS for 3 days and isolated extracellular vesicles were sequenced to see the difference in miRNA composition.
