Transcriptome data of Wuliangshan Black-bone Chicken

In order to study the expression characteristics of miRNA (microRNA) related to lipid metabolism in liver tissue of Wuliangshan Black-bone Chicken (Gallus gallus) at different developmental stages, liver tissue samples of hens on the shell day (D1) and 168 days of age (D168) were collected as experimental materials. DNBSEQ platform was used for sequencing.
