Concentration threshold in 6 LiNbO3:Tb ([Tb] = 0.1 – 2.89 wt%) crystals

This dataset contains information about optical, physical and chemical properties of 6 LN (LiNbO3) crystals, doped with REE element terbium ([Tb] = 0.1 – 2.89 wt%). The crystals were grown in one technological cycle. The dataset clearly shows an existence of a concentration threshold in the studied dopant concentration range.
