Transcriptomic analysis of recombinant Komagataella phaffii at near-zero growth rates

RNASeq was utilised to examine alternations of the transcriptome of a nanobody producing Komagataella phaffii strain across a 200-fold range of growth rates. Samples are taken from either chemostat cultivations or from sampling points during a retentostat cultivation. Additional samples include those taken from a retentostat cultivation with a prolonged chemostat phase before retentostat initiation.
