资源简介:

This dataset contains hourly ozone and PM2.5 concentrations simulated using the Community Multiscale Air Quality (CMAQ) modeling system for South Korea, together with the corresponding emission scaling factors for each simulation scenario. The CMAQ simulation domain consists of 67 × 82 grid cells with a spatial resolution of 9 km × 9 km.The dataset includes one baseline simulation and 118 emission-control scenarios. Each emission-control scenario is defined by 119 sector–region emission scaling factors representing seven emission sectors across 17 provincial-level administrative regions in South Korea. The scaling factors range from 0.5 (50% emission reduction) to 1.5 (50% emission increase).Annual emission inventories were processed using SMOKE-Asia to generate CMAQ-ready hourly gridded emissions. CMAQ version 4.7.1 was used to simulate air quality for January, April, July, and October, representing winter, spring, summer, and fall, respectively. A seven-day spin-up period was excluded from all simulations. The dataset contains hourly ozone and PM2.5 concentrations for 123 simulation days for each simulation scenario. These data were generated to develop and evaluate a LASSO-based reduced-form CMAQ model for predicting air-quality responses to sector- and region-specific emission changes in South Korea. The dataset supports the analyses presented in the associated publication.
