This study aims to identify the key genes and signaling pathways of TAL in regulating CoCl2 induced chemical hypoxic mast cell activation using RNA-seq, and to explore the molecular basis of TAL's anti-asthmatic effect targeting hypoxia-HIF-1a axis.RNA-seq was performed on RBL-2H3 mast cell samples, with raw sequencing reads generated for transcriptomic analysis, including differential gene expression analysis, GSEA and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis.The transcriptomic data provide novel insights into the molecular mechanism of TAL in inhibiting hypoxia-mediated mast cell activation, and lay a foundation for elucidating the anti-asthmatic effect of TAL targeting HIF-1a signaling pathway, as well as the development of natural products for allergic asthma treatment.
