Snow depth and basal ground ice measurements in Gangdalen, Reindalen, Semmeldalen, Istjørndalen, Medalen, Fardalen, and Colesdalen, located in Nordenskiöld Land in the central part of Spitsbergen. The dataset consists of three types of files: - One data file per year (S_climate_snow_depth_ground_ice_nordenskioldland_YEAR.txt) - One coordinate file containing the coordinates of all sites (S_climate_snow_depth_ground_ice_nordenskioldland_coordinates.txt) - One auxiliary file with additional information about all sites (S_climate_snow_depth_ground_ice_nordenskioldland_aux.txt) In addition, there is a README file (S_climate_snow_depth_ground_ice_nordenskioldland_readme.pdf) with further information regarding the dataset.
