This is a synthetic neurology conversations dataset released by the OpenMed Community to support open medical modeling and safer evaluation worldwide. It is based on the KryptoniteCrown/synthetic-neurology-QA-dataset and augmented with a compact two-step follow-up conversation generated by the moonshotai/Kimi-K2-Instruct model for each source question. The dataset is in Parquet format, with one conversation per row, including information such as role, content, model, provider, and timestamp.
