We extracted total RNA from seven-day-old whole seedlings. We used 100 mg of seedling and extracted RNA using Tri reagent. One ug of total RNA was used to prepare libraries using Illumina Truseq Stranded library prep kit. Libraries were sequenced using the NovaSeq6000 platform.
