Processed towed Sidescan Sonar Data (version 2) from the Macquarie Ridge acquired during the Rig Seismic expedition RS9401/RS124 (1994)

This data set was acquired with the towed Hawaii Mapping Research Group (HMRG) MR1 Sidescan Sonar system during Rig Seismic cruise RS9401/RS124 conducted in 1994 (Chief Scientist: Mike Coffin). These data files are of MB-SYSTEM-compatible format and include Sidescan and Phase Bathymetry data and were processed at sea using the open source MB-System multibeam sonar processing software. Funding was provided by NSF grant OCE92-16873. This data was cited by Schuur et al., 1998 and Coffin et al., 1994.
