Background variables: basic characteristics/ place of birth/ residence/ housing situation/ household characteristics/ occupation/employment/ income/capital assets/ education/ social class/ politics/ religion/ consumption of durables/ organizational membership</p>本调查为社会态度调研，围绕社会特征与背景、社会不平等及收入公平性相关态度展开。调研具体模块包括：私营与公立企业在产品质量、定价、服务、商品品类、组织架构、生产效率、工作环境、薪资水平、就业机会等维度的对比；对基础产业、医疗卫生服务的补贴，民族产业保护、进口限制、政府就业支出、政府或自由市场主导的价格管制，政府应持股的企业范畴；对工会、罢工及集体劳动合同的态度；受访者的社会环境及对3位亲近之人的描述；薪酬与收入差异的公平性与必要性探讨；基于收入分配的理想社会形态及预期发展趋势；公平税制相关看法；受访者的工作履历、企业所有制属性、所在职业领域的就业机会；对私营部门、公立部门或自主创业岗位的就业偏好；工作环境与受访者工作情况描述，包括工作层级、职责、工作满意度，以及收入公平性与教育程度、年龄的关联；对生活水准、收入、婚姻、子女、工作及整体生活的满意度；对福利事业发展状况的感知。背景变量涵盖：基础个人特征、出生地、居住地、住房状况、家庭特征、职业/就业情况、收入、资本资产、教育程度、社会阶层、政治倾向、宗教信仰、耐用消费品消费情况、组织会员身份。
