Excel Spreadsheets (File name: Kinetics Master File) in the folder of kinetics data contating raw data and data analysis for determination of kinetic parameters (Km, kcat) for wlid-type enzyme as well as mutants (further details described within the spreadsheet). Raw GC-MS outputs reported in ".txt" format in indivual folder for wild-type and mutants with in the main folder of GC-MS Data represents the product distribution. Thsese files can be used to generate the chromatograms presentation in the supplementary information. Excel Spreadsheets (File name: Integration Data & Graph) in the folder of GC-MS Data contating the peak area for products generated by GdolS mutants. These datasets were used to generate the Figure 3 in main manuscript.
