Here we sought to evaluate copy number landscape of metastatic PDAC through whole-genome sequencing of cfDNA and determine its clinical significance. In total, ninety plasma samples from 70 pancreatic cancer patients were collected. Copy number alterations and tumor fraction were determined via shallow WGS. Somatic CNAs were detected in 34 subjects .
