Federal Finances - overall budget

The data are derived from the Confederations financial reporting. The budget is published annually in August. It shows the expected receipts and the expenditure planned by the Federal Council for the year ahead. Supplementing the budget, the financial plan gives an overview of the probable trend of receipts and expenditure in the subsequent years. The financial statements are published each year in March. They show the Federal Administration's accounts for the preceding year.
