PRISMA Extension for Preclinical In Vivo Animal Experiments

The goal of this project is to develop and disseminate an extension to the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) for reviews of preclinical in vivo, animal experiment literature. This will be achieved through 1) an environmental scan of the characteristics and reporting quality of published preclinical systematic reviews; and 2) a Delphi exercise to determine consensus opinion on important items to be reported in such an extension.

本项目的目标在于研发并推广适用于系统性综述与荟萃分析首选报告项目（PRISMA）的扩展方案，以涵盖对临床前体内动物实验文献的综述。此目标将通过以下两个步骤实现：1）对已发表的临床前系统性综述的特征与报告质量进行环境扫描；2）通过德尔菲法（Delphi exercise）确定在上述扩展方案中需要报告的重要事项的共识观点。
