Root endosphere microbiome of Cynodon dactylon

Environmental pollution especially heavy metal contaminated soils adversely affect the microbial communities associated with the rhizosphere and phyllosphere of plants growing in contaminated areas. Here, we characterized the rhizospheric microbiome from grasses with the potential for antimicrobial activity and heavy metal resistance by Illumina sequencing analysis.
