The Transcriptome of Micropterus salmoides (Largemouth Bass)

In this project, we collected intestinal samples from healthy adult Micropterus salmoides. These fish were all reared under standardized laboratory conditions to ensure the consistency of the experiment. The sequencing was carried out using paired - end sequencing. Multiple RNA sequencing libraries were constructed and sequenced, thus generating a large - scale transcriptome dataset. The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of feeding Micropterus salmoides with compound Chinese herbal medicine - mixed feeds over different periods.
