Hi-PHI

Hi-PHI is a database of amino acid homorepeats and homorepeat-containing proteins involved in human–pathogen protein interactions. It integrates human and pathogen protein information, interaction networks, repeat types and positions, functional annotations, disease associations, drug information, and potential pathogen-specific therapeutic targets.
