La Romaine: metabolism and related environmental data [2017-2018]

Data was sampled during June (spring), August (summer), and October (fall) of 2017 and 2018, in different sites inside 3 reservoirs of the La Romaine complex (RO1, RO2, and RO3), as well as in the main river and some tributaries, and surrounding lakes. Environmental data, as well as water samples for O18 of water, and dissolved oxygen in the water were sampled in each site, each campaign. Isotopic data was used to estimate volumetric and areal rates of gross primary production (GPP), ecosystem respiration (ER), and the resulting net ecosystem production (NEP).
