Ξ ruahAI License Complete Framework v1 consolidates the legal, ethical, and operational foundations of the ruahAI licensing system, developed by Winfried Brückner (Germany). The framework defines transparent, data-free and civil-use licensing standards for configurable assets, pilot definitions, and governance-based innovation modules.It consists of four complementary documents: Tier License Extension v1 – establishes the non-exclusive civil-use license model. Pilot Definition v1 – defines pilots as measurable, reversible system tests. Asset Quality Standard v1 – guarantees uniqueness and audit integrity of each configuration. IP and Non-Exclusivity Clause v1 – secures intellectual property and defines reuse rights. All components follow the ethical principles of auditability, data-freedom, and non-dual-use.
