资源简介:
Proline is a key substrate for collagen synthesis, we hypothesized that supplemented proline could enhance collagen deposition in swim bladder of the Chu’s croaker (Nibea coibor). Here, we obtained the fisrt transcriptome of the fish by next generation sequencing (NGS) and de novo assbemby. We annotated the unigene of the transcriptome and analyzed differentially expressed genes (DEGs) between swim bladder from fish fed without/with proline supplementation. Several important DEGs and KEGG pathway were identified to be potentially involved in the enhancement of collagen deposition by proline. File S1: Annotation of Unigenes in different databases; File S2: DEGs between swim bladder from fish fed without/with proline supplementation; File S3: Gene Ontology distribution of the unigenes and DEGs ; File S4: KEGG pathway enrichment analysis of the DEGs; File S5: KEGG pathway distribution of the DEGs.
