MAVHoney-D46: A 46-Day Multi-Sensor Dataset of Unsolicited Network Traffic Targeting MAVLink-Associated Port 5760

MAVHoney-D46 v1.2.0: A 46-day dataset of unsolicited TCP traffic targeting MAVLink-associated port 5760, collected from three geographically distributed passive listeners (India ×2, US ×1) on DigitalOcean infrastructure (Apr 16 – May 31, 2026). Contains 33,207 deduplicated sessions. 19,767 sessions transmitted application-layer content and are classified (SCANNER 19,399; UNKNOWN 337; RECON 26; CONTROL 5); the remaining 13,440 sessions transmitted no application-layer bytes and are released unlabeled. 368 sessions carried valid MAVLink messages. Each server directory contains connections.csv (session-level CONNECT/DISCONNECT events), adaptive_data.csv (packet-level decoded MAVLink / NON_MAVLINK_PROBE events), and honeypot.log, plus SHA-256 checksums (checksums.sha256). Source IPs are masked (A.B.x.x); a stable HMAC-SHA256 source_id enables cross-server correlation without exposing raw IPs. Changes in v1.2.0: removed 4 adaptive_data.csv rows whose session_id had no matching connections.csv record (a logging artifact across a server restart; 3 SCANNER + 1 RECON), so all reported counts reconcile exactly. All other files are byte-identical to v1.1.0; checksums.sha256 regenerated. Associated manuscript: Scientific Data (under review).
