In this research, we studied the information encoding and interactions of left and right frontal cortical areas in multiple short-term memory tasks. Combined with optogenetics and electrophysiological recordings, we revealed differential contribution of the two areas to short-term memory and the underlying neural mechanisms. Here, we provide: 1. Single units, recorded in behavior mice with different optogenetics manipulations, and related behavior data. 2. MATLAB/Python codes for data analysis.
本研究针对多项短时记忆任务中左右额皮层区域的信息编码与交互机制展开探究。结合光遗传学(optogenetics)与电生理记录技术,本研究揭示了这两个脑区对短时记忆的差异化贡献及其背后的神经机制。 本数据集包含以下内容: 1. 于开展行为学实验的小鼠中记录得到的单神经元放电数据及配套行为学实验数据; 2. 用于数据分析的MATLAB与Python代码。
