This manuscript deals with the records of some rare or previously unrecorded jellyfish species in the Marmara Sea (Turkey), namely the scyphozoans, Mawia benovici and Drymonema dalmatinum; one hydrozoan, Aequorea forskalea; and one thaliacean, Salpa maxima) from plankton collections made in the years 2019–2021. Their possible introduction pathways, some ecological and distributional details are briefly discussed here.
