Bacterial isolates from patients attending regional referral hospitals in Tanzania

Miscellaneous bacterial isolates collected at six regional referral hospitals in Tanzania in 2020-2021. The "ESKAPE pathogen" isolates from this project were published in related projects: E. coli (PRJEB71714), S. aureus (PRJEB71932), Acinetobacter (PRJEB78366), Klebsiella (PRJEB78367), Pseudomonas (PRJEB7836), Enterobacter (PRJEB78369), Enterococcus (PRJEB78370). This bioproject collects the remaining isolates. Isolates were collected as part of the Fleming Fund SeqAfrica project, a UK Aid funded initiative to strengthen AMR surveillance in Africa.
