Transcriptome profiling of H1299 lung adenocarcinoma cells following tRF3019a knockdown

H1299 human lung adenocarcinoma cells were transfected with tRF3019a antisense inhibitor (tRF3019asi) or a negative control. Total RNA was extracted and polyA-enriched mRNA libraries were prepared and sequenced on the Illumina NovaSeq 6000 platform (paired-end, 150 bp). The goal was to identify genes and pathways regulated by tRF3019a. Overall design: Six samples in total: three biological replicates for negative control (tRF3019aNC-1/2/3) and three biological replicates for tRF3019a knockdown (tRF3019asi-1/2/3). Differential expression analysis was performed using DESeq2. Downstream analyses include GO/KEGG enrichment and integration with CUT&Tag data to identify direct hnRNPK-target genes.
