The current study explored the influence of HR emphasis, govt support, and market orientation of MSMEs on its performance. 378 responses were collected to test the hypothesis. The finding indicated a significant influence of HR emphasis, Govt non-financial Support, Competitor orientation, and Inter-functional coordination on the performance of MSMEs. However, in the presence of these variables, the influence of Customer orientation, and Govt financial Support was found to be insignificant. The artificial neural network approach was also applied to determine the relative importance of these variables.
