Data from the fieldwork conducted during the project Ecological Impacts of River Damming on Forest Bird Assemblages in the Brazilian Amazon. Although initially focused on birds, the project was expanded to include frogs given the use of autonomous recording units to aid biodiversity surveys, which were deployed at 151 plots distributed across four continuous forest sites and 78 forest island within a massive hydroelectric reservoir.
