16S rRNA profiling of microbiomes of Ixodes and Dermacentor ticks from Russia and Kazakhstan

This BioProject includes 16S rRNA gene sequencing data characterizing the microbiomes of ticks belonging to the genera Ixodes and Dermacentor. A total of 60 pooled samples were analyzed, with each pool consisting of 2-3 individual ticks collected from different geographic regions of Russia and Kazakhstan.
