MS-BCR-DB: an integrated BCR repertoire database to mine humoral multiple sclerosis signatures

The MS-BCR-Database, it's an harmonized collection of publicly available human MS BCR-sequencing datasets processed using a standardized pipeline and organized in an AIRR-compliant format.
