The scions shape rhizosphere microbial communities through root metabolites in apple

This data is all high-throughput sequencing data for The article entitled "The scions shape rhizosphere microbial communities through root metabolites in apple". It contains 16S rRNA genes of bacteria and archaea and ITS segments of fungi. The data is divided into three kinds of processing: F stands for "Fuji" cultivars; R stands for 'Red general' cultivars, J for 'Jonagold' cultivars. In addition, there are distinctions in the data for bulk soil, rhizosphere and endophyte. All data is concatenated (i.e., each sample has two sequence files R1 and R2).
