To describe the case of a patient with prediabetes and without evident diabetic retinopathy but having retinal microvascular alterations using coherence tomography angiography (OCT-A).本数据集旨在阐述一例糖尿病前期（prediabetes）患者的临床病例：该患者无显性糖尿病视网膜病变（evident diabetic retinopathy），但存在视网膜微血管改变（retinal microvascular alterations），相关影像学评估采用光学相干断层扫描血管成像（coherence tomography angiography，OCT-A）完成。
