Transcriptome analysis of toosendanin (TSN)-treated DLBCL cells

The effects of TSN on total RNA expression were tested in DOHH2 cells using RNA-seq DOHH2 cells were treated with 25nM and 50nM TSN or solvent control for 24 hours, and RNA was extracted using Magzol reagent (Magen, China). RNA-sequencing (RNA-seq) libraries were created and sequenced by Novogene Corporation (Beijing, China) on the Illumina NovoSeq 6000 platform. The differential gene expression between the TSN-treated groups at varying doses and the solvent control group was evaluated with the 'DESeq' package.
