This project uses transcriptome analysis to explore how strain DXHS alters gene expression in strawberry leaves, aiming to enhance resistance to powdery mildew. It will identify key genes and pathways involved in DXHS-mediated disease resistance, supporting the development of resistant strawberry cultivars and advancing knowledge of plant-microbe interactions in horticulture.
