The SPAD values of leaves were measured using a SPAD-502 Chlorophyll Meter. Total nitrogen content was determined via the semi-micro Kjeldahl method, which employs H₂SO₄-H₂O₂ digestion for sample pretreatment followed by Kjeldahl nitrogen quantification. The dataset includes data items such as collection number, leaf SPAD value, nitrogen content, and grain protein content, alongside other relevant information.
