The Dot1L inhibitor Pinometostat decreases the host-response against infections: Considerations about its use in human therapy

To analyze changes in gene expression elicited by the inhibitor of the histone methyltransferase Dot1L. This will support a possible increased vulnerability for infection in patients with MLL-r leukemia with pinometostat treatment.
