<b>Experimental Data of "D</b><b>ensity </b><b>effects on mixing in porous media: Multi-dimensional flow-through experiments and model-based interpretation"</b>

In this study, we performed laboratory flow-through experiments to investigate the density effects on mixing in porous media. The experiments were performed in quasi two-dimensional and three-dimensional flow-through chambers. In both setups, eight experiments were performed at flow velocities of 1, 3, 9 and 27 m/d and with injected salt concentrations of 4.8 g/l and 20 g/l respectively. The dataset contains：1. The measured concentrations of sodium chloride at the outlet ports of quasi two-dimensional setup.2. The measured concentrations of sodium chloride at the outlet ports of fully three-dimensional setup.
