Halomonas axialensis is halophilic bacteria isolated from deep-sea hydrothermal-vent. Here, we report the first complete genome sequence of Halomonas axialensis strain Althf1. The genome was assembled through nanopore sequencing, consisting of a single chromosome of 3.6Mbp with 56.8 % G+C content.
