RNA-seq of hard clam under salinity challenge

To investigate the transcriptional responses of hard clams to salinity challenge, RNA-seq was performed on the gills of hard clams that were exposed to acute short-term hyposalinity (AL), acute short-term hypersalinity (AH), chronic long-term hyposalinity (CL), and chronic long-term hypersalinity (CH).
