资源简介:

Processed experimental data underlying all figures and tables of the associated manuscript. A ~10 mm strain-hardening cementitious composite (SHCC) overlay was bonded to one-day-old 3D-printed concrete surfaces and tested at three scales: SHCC material characterisation (uniaxial tension, compression, flexure); bonded composite prisms in four-point bending, in two print directions and two overlay placements, together with direct-tension pull-off and triplet-shear tests of the interface; and two 910 × 260 × 260 mm reinforced cellular deep beams in eccentric three-point bending. The archive contains per-specimen processed records rather than summary statistics only: four-point-bending toughness indices and gross-section flexural strengths for all 44 prisms, interfacial bond and shear records, SHCC direct-tension records, digital image correlation crack positions and spacings, series-level statistics including EN 1990 Annex D characteristic values and the associated significance tests, the bridging-reserve evaluation, the sectional-analysis outputs, the decoded per-specimen testing-machine curves, and the load–deflection curve of the published un-overlaid reference beam digitised from van den Heever et al. (2022), Additive Manufacturing 50:102569. File formats are CSV and JSON with column headers in SI units. Forces are in kN or N, stresses in MPa, displacements in mm, energies in J.
